I love my Political Science class. Not only am I forced to know what's going on in the world, but I feel like I can actually know how to make a difference.
Anyways, that's just some rambling and nonsensical talk.
I'm feeling ready and on task (for the first time in months) because I've finally gotten my entire school schedule planned out for the next year. After this Spring, I'll be a graduated student, and ready to take on more serious endeavors.
During the Summer, I've pledged to go on a "trip" to Colorado, where I will be employed at some type of Resort or Restaurant (that is always such a hard word to spell, by the way), and I'll be away from home for a whole Summer. I'm hoping to meet new people, and find a new part of me that is still waiting to be discovered. I think that sometimes, the things in life that are the greatest, most sweetest nuggets can be discovered out of one's own comfort zone, so being away for such a long period of time should do the trick.
I also can't believe I just used the word "nuggets."
Today feels lazy and hazy, but everything is lit up in a golden white light, and the Valley seems to suddenly feel like Autumn is finally here.
Cheers to a turning of a new leaf...both literally and figuratively.
